Zero tolerance. Rishtazone has absolute zero tolerance for
child sexual abuse and exploitation. Rishtazone is an adults-only (18+) matrimonial service,
and we actively work to keep anyone under 18 — and any content that endangers children —
off the platform.
1. Adults only
- Every member, and every person a profile is created for, must be 18 years or older.
- Date of birth is required at profile creation, and profiles go through a verification step that includes a live verification photo.
- Accounts suspected of belonging to, or representing, a minor are removed immediately.
2. Prohibited content and behaviour
The following lead to an immediate permanent ban and, where applicable, a report to law enforcement:
- Any sexual content involving, depicting or referencing minors.
- Any attempt to solicit, groom, exploit or arrange contact with a minor.
- Creating a profile for a person under 18, including for "future" rishta purposes.
- Sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) anywhere on the Service, including in private chats.
3. How we enforce
- Profile photos and verification photos are reviewed through our moderation process before profiles are shown as verified.
- Members can report any profile or chat in two taps; reported chats go to a dedicated moderation queue and every report is reviewed by our team.
- Moderators can permanently block users, and audit records (including chat history of reported conversations) are preserved for investigations.
4. How to report a concern
- In the app: open the chat → tap the ⋮ menu → Report, or go to Menu → Help & Support.
- By email: support@rishtazone.com — reports concerning child safety are prioritised above all other tickets.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
5. Cooperation with authorities
We comply with applicable child-safety laws in the regions where we operate. We report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities, preserve evidence as the law requires, and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and child-protection agencies, including referrals to bodies such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
6. Accountability
A designated member of our team is responsible for child-safety compliance and for keeping these standards current. Questions about these standards can be sent to support@rishtazone.com.
