Delete from inside the app
- Open the Rishtazone app and log in.
- Go to the Menu tab.
- Tap Delete Account (in the "Danger zone" section).
- Confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.
Can't access the app?
Email support@rishtazone.com from the email address registered on your account with the subject "Delete my account", and we will delete it for you and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your account (name, email, mobile, password).
- All profiles you created, including photos.
- Your conversations, likes, match requests and notifications.
- Your push-notification token and device records.
What may be retained temporarily
A limited audit snapshot of a deleted account may be retained for a period after deletion, strictly for fraud prevention, safety investigations (for example if the account was reported by another member) and legal compliance. It is not visible to members, is not used for any other purpose, and is then erased. Records of community-agreement acceptances are retained where the law requires. Active subscriptions are managed by Google Play / the App Store — remember to cancel the subscription in your store account, as deleting the account does not cancel store billing.
